Hold Harmless Agreement
For the safety, security, and comfort of all guests, the undersigned registered guest (“Guest”) acknowledges and agrees to the following terms on behalf of all minors accompanying or visiting the Guest during the retreat organized by Friends Forever(“The Retreat”):
- Supervision of Minors
All children and minors under the age of 18, including children age 12 and under, must remain under the direct supervision and control of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized adult at all times while on hotel property, including guest rooms, hallways, lobby areas, pool facilities, fitness areas, elevators, parking areas, restaurants, and all other public or recreational spaces. - Use of Hotel Amenities
Children under the age of 12 may not use pool, fitness, or recreational facilities without active adult supervision. The Retreat reserves the right to restrict or deny access to amenities where supervision or safety requirements are not being followed. - Assumption of Responsibility
The registered Guest assumes full responsibility and liability for:- the conduct, supervision, and safety of all minors in the Guest’s party;
- any personal injury, accident, loss, or damage arising from failure to supervise minors appropriately; and
- any property damage, excessive cleaning, disturbance, or policy violations caused by minors associated with the reservation.
- Compliance with Hotel Policies
Guest agrees to comply with all Hotel rules, occupancy limits, safety requirements, pool regulations, quiet hours, and emergency procedures. Failure to comply may result in removal from hotel amenities, additional charges, or termination of the stay without refund, subject to applicable law. - Limitation of The Retreat Responsibility
The Retreat is not responsible for unattended minors or for injuries, incidents, or losses resulting from inadequate supervision, misuse of hotel facilities, or failure to follow posted rules and staff instructions. - Authorization and Acceptance
By signing below, checking the acknowledgment box, completing check-in, or otherwise occupying the premises, Guest confirms that they are at least 18 years of age and authorized to accept these terms on behalf of all occupants and visitors associated with the reservation.
By clicking the Accept button below, I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the retreat organizers, hosts, staff, volunteers, venue owners, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat, the participation of minors under my supervision, my actions or omissions, or my violation of retreat policies.
