Offsite Accommodation
After having our onsite accommodations sold out with 2500 devotees registering in the first two days, we have now made arrangements for 1500 more devotees in offsite accommodations in nearby hotels or their own accommodations.

A new “hybrid” option this year:
This is a unique option available just for this year due to the fact that the resort has only 1000 rooms for Friday night, but can give us 200 extra rooms on Saturday and Sunday. So hybrid option means your accommodation will be in one of the offsite hotels as mentioned above on Friday and you will be upgraded to an onsite room for Saturday and Sunday.

Check-in at onsite resort: Sat May 24, 2025 3 pm
Check out at onsite resort: Mon May 26, 2025
This is a complimentary upgrade available only for the first 200 registrations. Our mobile app allow you to indicate your preference for this option instead of the offsite accommodation option. Please note that your selection of this option is not a guarantee of receiving this upgrade. Your hybrid option is confirmed only if you receive an explicit email mentioning that you have been upgraded to Hybrid accommodation. By default, you should assume that you will be given only offsite accommodation and plan with that in mind.
