The Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat 2027 will happen in the Hilton Orlando in Orlando, Florida.
This is where the Kirtans will happen and where all meals will be served. Registration is mandatory for all attendees so we can serve everyone properly. Access to all kirtans and prasad areas require wristbands that are given to the registered attendees upon check-in.

Onsite Accommodation
The hotel offers standard King and Queen rooms. King rooms feature a King bed that comfortably accommodates two adults, with room for an additional child or young adult. Queen rooms feature two queen beds that comfortably accommodate four adults.
The Sadhu Sanga mobile app will provide the following options depending on the number of adults in the group you register. For registration purposes, anyone 6 years or older is considered an adult.
The total cost per person shown below includes
- 3 nights of onsite accommodation
- Access to over 40 hours of kirtans
- 9 meals of prasadam.
- Access to pools
- Access to Stay Fit fitness center.
- Wifi access in rooms
This cost does not include the following:
- Parking is not included. Discounted parking is available for $12/day/vehicle.
- Shuttle services are not included. You can rent a car or take Uber/Lyft to reach the hotel in 15 mins from the Orlando Airport.

Full Pass Without Accommodation
The price for registration for full pass without accommodation will be $250 per person.

- Access to over 40 hours of kirtans
- 9 meals of prasadam.

- Parking is not included. Hotel’s self parking is $12/vehicle per day.
- Shuttle services are not included.
Daypass without Accommodation
The price for registration will be $100 per person per day.
This costs $100 for Saturday, $100 for Sunday, $100 for Friday and Monday combined. You can buy one or more of these passes. This fee gives you access to all the kirtans and Prasadam for that day. This is the fee even if you do not want to have Prasadam, but just attend the kirtans. And there are no passes available to just pay for a meal. You can purchase these daily passes for yourself and your family members in the Sadhu Sanga mobile app itself. These daily passes are non-refundable. We won’t be selling any day passes at the event itself, as it’s not logistically feasible.
