You have been allotted a full bed room in this hotel. This room will have two full beds. The hotel will provide linens, sheets, pillows and the toiletries in the bathroom. Your room will have a mini refrigerator.

If your registration type is hybrid, here is the information regarding the arrangement for your luggage as you have to checkout Rosen Plaza by 11 am but may be able to checkin in Rosen Shingle Creek only by 3 pm:
We have blocked two rooms: Suwannee 11 and 12 for devotees to store their luggage if your room is not ready for early checkin on Saturday.
You can store your bags and go to the kirtan.
This area will be UN-manned, and bags will be “on-own” in the room. So please don’t store any valuables there. No luggage is allowed inside the kirtan hall due to security reasons.
