The Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat 2023 is scheduled to take place on Memorial Day Weekend (May 26-29, 2023) at the Marriott Dallas Allen Hotel & Convention Center in Dallas. We have reserved all available accommodations for our group in this hotel as well as in most nearby hotels that are 2 to 10 mins away.

The registration fee is $250 per person which covers accommodation, nine meals of prasadam, access to all kirtans and parking. Kids aged 5 or below are free, but they need to be included in the registration. This fee assumes there’ll be at least 4 paying adults in each hotel room.

As there are no rooms with single beds, we will not be finding roommates for anyone this year. So, we suggest you talk to your friends/family with whom you want to share your room and register as a group, so that your group can be allocated the room(s) directly. You might have to pay an additional fee to get a private room depending on the size of your group. Please check here to know the total registration fees to get a private room.

The registration is open now! Please download the Sadhu Sanga mobile app for iPhone or Android. The sooner you register, the closer your allocated hotel would be to the retreat center.

We are happy to offer the retreat for free for disciples of Srila Prabhupada who register by Feb 28, 2023. It’s our humble reciprocation to the countless sacrifices they have performed for our movement and to all of us. As we did in previous years, they will need to do the registration and pay the amount now. When they check-in for the event, they will receive the reimbursement check for $250.

We have specifically chosen Dallas this year to honor Sri Sri Radha Kalachandji, the presiding Deities of ISKCON Dallas who are celebrating Their 50th installation anniversary year. As the idea for Sadhu Sanga itself was born in Dallas, we felt it most befitting to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Sadhu Sanga by bringing the festival back to Dallas!
